This page explains what the wedding website stores, how guest details are used, and the simple terms for using the invitation.
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores only necessary browser data: your language choice, the test access status, the party unlock status for the current browser session, the cookie notice choice, and temporary form drafts on your own device. The hosting and security provider may also set necessary technical cookies, such as bot-protection cookies, to keep the site available and secure.
RSVP and helper forms may collect name, email, attendance, number of guests, names of participants, children count, dietary notes, allergies, messages, contribution ideas, and reception-help details. We use this only to plan the wedding, contact guests, coordinate food and accommodation, and manage the guest list.
Submitted information is stored for the wedding planning team and is visible in a coordinator dashboard protected by ChatGPT sign-in and an approved coordinator email list. If email features are enabled, email addresses and message content may be sent through the configured email provider for wedding communication.
We keep the information for planning and follow-up, and expect to remove or archive guest details after the wedding work is complete. Ask Annatina or Simon if you want your information corrected or deleted earlier.
This is a private wedding invitation. Please do not share invitation codes or private page links outside the invited group. Times, places, accommodation links, wish-list details, and program information may be updated as the wedding plans are confirmed.
